Hello everyone! Na playlist desta semana trago - vós Eric Clapton nascido a 30 de Março de 1945, em Surrey, guitarrista, compositor e cantor ascendeu - se ao estrelato com a formação da banda Cream. A sua composição mais famosa Layla que se inspirou na sua paixoneta por Pattie, a mulher de George Harrison. Ironicamente Clapton e Harrison eram amigos e chegou a tocar no historico concerto de caridade a favor do Bangladeche, en Agosto de 1971. Clapton travou uma batalha contra o vicio da heroína e, já recuperado começou a gravar.  Em 1974 Eric lançou o álbum : 461 Ocean Boulevard que foi o número 1 nos Estados Unidos e o número 3 no Reino Unido. Os singles deste álbum também foram um êxito, nomeadamente a sua versão do tema I Shot The Sheriff, de Bob Marley.  Entre estes também se encontravam Give Me Strength e Let It Flow. Em meados dos anos 70, Clapton manteve - se limpo de drogas mas tornou - se alcoólico, teve mais sucesso com There´s One In Every Crowd e o seu álbum ao vivo E.C Was Here. No ano de 1977 e 1978 Clapton lançou dois importantes  álbuns: Slowhand e Backless, Lay Down Sally e Promises foram singles de êxito, bem como as notáveis cançoes Wonderful Tonight, Cocaine e May You Never. O seu grande regresso a ribalta deu - se em 1992 com Unplugged um álbum em acústico que alcançou um grande sucesso.

Melhor que chocolate!", a selecção das cores foram baseadas das cores sugestivas do público masculino, resultando assim de cores repletas de vermelhos, pretos,  rosas claros e fortes. As peças seguem as tendências tais como o strappy bra ou pants (sutiãs  com tiras largas ou finas de modo a criarem desenhos geométricos sobre a pele).

Hello everyone! Ontem estava a ver a série a Adotada uma série brasileira que passa na MTV, o quem me chamou mais há a atenção deste episódio foi um poema "Você saberá amar"no qual hoje partilho convosco e que nós deixa a pensar um pouco.

Poema - Saberás tu amar

Eu estou aprendendo, Eu estou aprendendo a aceitar as pessoas. mesmo que elas me desapontam. Quando fogem do ideal que tenho para elas, quando ferem com palavras ásperas ou acções impensadas. É difícil aceitar as pessoas assim com elas são, não como eu desejo que elas sejam.

 E difícil, muito difícil, mas estou aprendendo.

Estou aprendendo a amar, estou aprendendo a escutar, escutar com os olhos e os ouvidos

Escutar com a alma e com todos os sentidos, escutar o que diz o coração, o que dizem os ombros caídos, os olhos, as mãos irrequietas.

Escutar a mensagem que se esconde por entre as palavras corriqueiras, superficiais,

Descobrir a angustia disfarçada, a insegurança mascarada, a solidão encoberta.

Penetrar no sorriso fingido,a alegria simulada, descobrir a dor de cada coração. 

Aos poucos estou aprendendo a amar, estou aprendendo a perdoar. Pois o amor perdoa, lança fora as mágoas, e apaga as cicatrizes que a incompreensão e insensibilidade gravam no coração ferido.

O amor não alimenta mágoas com pensamentos dolorosos, não cultiva ofensas com lastimas. O amor perdoa, esquece, destinge todos os traços de dor no coração. Passo a passo estou aprendendo a descobrir o valor que se encontra dentro de cada vida, valor esse soterrado pela rejeição, pela falta de compreensão, carinho e aceitação pelas experiências duras vividas ao longo dos anos, estou aprendendo a ver, nas pessoas a sua alma e as possibilidades que deus lhe deu. I'm learning, I'm learning to accept people. even if they disappoint me. When fleeing the ideal that I have for them, when they hurt with harsh words or thoughtless actions. It is difficult to accept people with so they are, not as I wish them to be.

  It is difficult, very difficult, but I'm learning.

I'm learning to love, I am learning to listen, listen with your eyes and ears

Listen with your soul and with all your senses, listen to what your heart says, what they say shoulders slumped, eyes, restless hands.

Listen to the message that hides between the mundane, superficial words,

Discover the disguised anguish, the masked insecurity, loneliness hidden.

Penetrate the feigned smile, the joy simulated, discover the pain of every heart.

I am gradually learning to love, I am learning to forgive. For love forgives, casts out the wounds, and erase the scars that the misunderstanding and insensitivity write to the wounded heart.

Love does not feed sorrows with painful thoughts, does not cultivate offenses with pities. Love forgives, forgets, destinge all traces of pain in the heart. Step by step I am learning to discover the value that lies within each life, a value buried by the rejection, lack of understanding, caring and acceptance by the harsh experiences over the years, I am learning to do, people to your soul and the possibilities that god has given you. Hello everyone! Na rubrica desta semana trago - vós uma sobremesa: uma mousse de bolacha.

Hello everyone! Under the heading of this week I bring - a dessert you a cookie mousse.

Ingredientes | Ingredients:

• 150g de açúcar | 150g of sugar
• 5 colheres de sopa de leite | 5 tablespoons of milk 
• 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga | 2 tablespoons of butter

• 1 colher de sopa de  rum | 1 tablespoon of rum

Preparação | Preparation:

1. Levar ao lume as 150g de açúcar juntamente com as 5 colheres de leite, mexer até derreter o açúcar. 
2. Retirar do lume e adicionar as 2 colheres de manteiga mexer e deixar aromatizar, adicionar as 4 gemas batidas e juntar - lhe as 180g de bolachas completamente trituradas. 
3. Por fim finalizar com a adição de 1 colher de rum, incorporar por sua vez as 4 claras batidas em castelo. 
4. Colocar  o doce em taças e levar ao frigorífico.
